RFP #1052 - Lottery Operations and Services Partner

Work Requested:
The New York State Gaming Commission is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Lottery Operations and Services ( Lottery Solutions ). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Replacement of the existing base of up to 21,000 Sales Agent Terminals
• Replacement of all related computer and network hardware
• Replacement of software and support services
• Replacement of the wide area network services currently supporting the Lottery
• Delivery, installation, implementation, and acceptance testing of all proposed Central Gaming System components
• Ensuring all systems are ready to be operational according to a mutually agreed schedule with the Commission

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by the New York State Gaming Commission, the operator of the New York State Lottery program.

Background:
The Commission is undertaking this procurement to replace and upgrade its current Lottery operations infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems supporting up to 21,000 Sales Agent Terminals. The goal is to enhance and support the Lottery's mission through modernized solutions.

Contract Requirements:

• All proposed Central Gaming System components must be delivered, installed, implemented, acceptance tested, and operational as scheduled
• Contractors must meet minimum qualifications as detailed in the full RFP
• Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goal: 6.00%
• Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation goal: 30.00%
