Description

The Owner is the City of Buffalo and the work site is along Seneca Street located in the City of Buffalo. The project limits are from the intersection with Wildwood Place (City Line) to the intersection with Knoerl Avenue / Hayden Street.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: install al new curb, curb bump-outs, drainage structures, sidewalk, streetscape features, and replacement of traffic signals at intersections of Seneca Street with Warren Spahn Way, Indian Church Road, Cazenovia Street, and Knoerl Avenue / Hayden Street. New signage, pavement markings and tree plantings are also included.

Background
