Description

The Olympic Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers for the procurement and delivery of interior and exterior commercial-grade furniture for use at the North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge, located in North Creek, New York. This includes, but is not limited to, tables, chairs, benches, lounge furnishings, outdoor seating, and other hospitality-related fixtures.

For the purposes of this procurement, the Olympic Authority has determined that a sufficient number of qualified WBE prime contractors are available. Accordingly, the Agreement resulting from this RFP is designated as a set-aside exclusively for participation by WBEs.

Background
The Olympic Authority is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the procurement and delivery of interior and exterior commercial-grade furniture for the North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge in North Creek, New York. The mission of the Olympic Authority is to create economic and social benefits in the Adirondacks and Catskills by operating year-round venues that provide recreational and athletic development opportunities. This procurement aims to enhance the lodge's hospitality offerings.

Work Details
The contract includes the supply, delivery, and placement of various types of furniture as specified:

- Eight-Foot Farm-Style Table Sets with Benches: 28 sets, each consisting of one 8-foot rectangular table and two benches made from durable, commercial-grade materials.
- Four-Seat Dining Table Sets with Chairs: 21 sets, each including one square or rectangular table (36" x 36" or 30" x 48") and four matching chairs suitable for indoor dining.
- Two-Seat Bistro Table Sets with Chairs: 37 sets, each including one rectangular table (24" x 30") and two matching chairs designed for flexible use.
- Lounge Seating and Coffee Tables: 10 lounge chairs and 4 matching coffee tables for indoor common areas.
- Adirondack-Style Chairs (Polywood or Equivalent): 30 chairs made from weather-resistant materials for outdoor use. All items must meet applicable commercial standards for hospitality environments.

Period of Performance
The contract is a one-time purchase with a guaranteed delivery date on or before September 15, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
This RFP is designated as a set-aside exclusively for participation by Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE). Bidders must comply with all State and Federal laws and regulations related to this RFP. The Contractor may not subcontract any part of the Agreement without prior written consent from the Olympic Authority.
