Background
The City of Batavia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide community development, program delivery, and administrative services to assist the City in implementing a Citywide housing rehabilitation program funded under a 2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The contract for the 2023 CDBG grant will be for a two-year term.
Work Details
The selected firm will administer a Residential Rehabilitation Program for homeowners in the City of Batavia. Responsibilities include monitoring and supervising all CDBG program activities, program planning, scheduling activities, compliance with CDBG regulations, fiscal monitoring, preparation of Performance Assessment Reports, and coordination with field representatives of the NYS Office of Community Renewal.
