Background
MetroPlus Health Plan, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (NYC Health + Hospitals), which is the largest municipal hospital system in the United States. MetroPlus provides free or low-cost health insurance to thousands of New Yorkers through various governmental programs. The goal of this contract is to license ServiceNow products, which serve as the system of record for all IT Service Management transactions at MetroPlus.
Work Details
The contractor will provide licensing for ServiceNow products, which include functionalities for managing incidents, problems, and changes within MetroPlus' IT Service Management framework. Bidders are required to provide prices for any or all products listed in Exhibit A, which includes associated part numbers available upon request. Vendors may submit bids for either or all options listed.
Period of Performance
The contract resulting from this RFB will be for a term of 3 years.

Services will be performed at MetroPlus Health Plan, Inc., located at 50 Water Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications: possess a MWBE Utilization Plan, Waiver, or MWBE Certification; and be a ServiceNow authorized reseller. Additionally, bidders must comply with New York State Executive Law Article 15-A requiring 30% participation of NYS Certified Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) as subcontractors.
