Replacement Windows for Lock 0-8

Scope of Work:
The contract involves the provision and delivery of replacement windows for Lock 0-8. Qualified firms are required to supply the specified replacement windows, as well as any supporting equipment and services necessary for the project. Detailed descriptions of the required equipment and associated services can be found in the Request for Proposal (RFP) available through NYPA's Ariba platform.

Requesting Agency:
This solicitation is issued by the New York State Canal Corporation (NYSCC), a subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (NYPA).

Background:
The NYSCC, operating under NYPA, is seeking to replace windows at Lock 0-8. There have been no identical or substantially similar procurement contracts awarded for this work within the past five years.

Contract Requirements:

• Delivery of replacement windows as specified in the RFP
• Compliance with all equipment and service requirements detailed in the RFP on NYPA's Ariba platform
• No Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE), or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goals are set for this contract (all goals are 0.00%)
