Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with options for four additional one-year renewals contingent upon mutual agreement and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
Delivery of all products will be made to the Division of Inventory & Stores located at 197 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid bond or certified check amounting to $3,000 as part of their proposal. Additionally, bidders are required to work towards a minority workforce goal of 25% and a woman workforce goal of 5%. They must also aim for a business utilization goal for minority business enterprises of 25% and woman business enterprises of 5%. All proposals must comply with specified regulations regarding non-collusion and debarment certifications.
