The Office of General Services (OGS) is issuing a solicitation for Project No. M3206-E, which involves electrical work focused on repairing the perimeter fence lighting at the Industry Campus located in Rush, Monroe County, NY. This project aims to enhance safety and security through improved lighting infrastructure.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services:
- Repairing the perimeter fence lighting at the Industry Campus.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders are expected to meet certain participation goals:
- 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE)
- 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE)
- 3% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB)

Bidders must also provide a bid security amounting to $52,700 and are required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the contract amount estimated between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
