Renovate LAF Space BEB SDM Microbiome Center

Scope of Work:
The contract work consists of the renovation of LAF Space at the BEB SDM Microbiome Center. All work under this contract must be completed by January 3, 2028. This project will be bid as multiple prime contracts.

Requesting Entity:
The State University of New York at Buffalo is soliciting bids for this project, identified as project number 2025-071, titled 'Renovate LAF Space BEB SDM Microbiome Center.'

Background:
This solicitation is a notice to bidders and serves as a newspaper advertisement for the upcoming renovation project at the University at Buffalo.

Contract Requirements:

• All work must be completed by January 3, 2028.
• The project is being bid as multiple prime contracts.

Submission Instructions:

• Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM local time on March 31, 2026.
• All bid packages must be submitted via email to: UB-Compliance@buffalo.edu.
• The email submission must include Project #2025-071 and the contractor's name in the subject line.
• No bids should be hand delivered or sent through any delivery service or common carrier. Only electronic bids will be accepted until further notice.
• The University assumes no responsibility for any proposal not delivered to the specified email address by the deadline.
