Rehabilitation of Laffin Hall for Welcome Center

The State University of New York at Farmingdale will receive sealed bids for project number 2023-07 titled Rehabilitation of Laffin Hall for Welcome Center until 10:00 a.m. local time on October 2nd, 2024, at the Service Building, Facilities Conference Room A', where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work on this Contract is to be completed within five hundred sixty (560) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
