Provide Bathrooms, RV Park/Midway NYS Fairgrounds

Scope of Work Requested:
C&S Companies is seeking subcontractor and vendor proposals from all NYS certified MWBE (Minority and Women Business Enterprise) and SDVOB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business) firms for the construction of two new bathroom facilities at the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY, specifically at the RV Park/Midway area.

The work to be completed includes, but is not limited to:

• Concrete
• Masonry
• Structural Steel
• Carpentry
• Insulation
• Roofing
• Finishes
• Earthwork
• Paving
• Landscaping

Please note: HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical are not included in this solicitation.

This is a subcontract opportunity issued by C&S Technical Resources, Inc., bidding as the General Contractor for this project.

The project involves the new construction of two bathroom facilities at the New York State Fairgrounds, located in Syracuse, NY, to support the RV Park and Midway areas.
