The State University of New York (SUNY) is the largest comprehensive public university system in the United States, educating over 400,000 students across 64 campuses.

SUNY Cortland seeks a comprehensive recruitment platform to identify and connect with prospective students and engage high school counselors. The goal is to streamline recruitment efforts and ensure equitable access to information across diverse demographics.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a dynamic recruitment platform that integrates with The Common Application, allowing SUNY Cortland to communicate with prospective students based on their interactions within the system. Key features include:
- Ability to highlight SUNY Cortland when students review similar institutions.
- Holistic implementation at schools or districts for comprehensive outreach.
- Strong reach in target states: New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
- Connection with high school guidance counselors and scheduling capabilities for school visits.
- Customizable landing pages with multimedia options for positive messaging.
- Promotion of upcoming events and merit-based scholarship opportunities.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of five years, starting from July 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at SUNY Cortland and may extend to various schools within the targeted states.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in providing higher education recruitment platforms. They are required to provide at least three references from similar projects completed in the last 24 months. There are no specific set-aside certifications required for this contract.
