The NYS Office of Mental Health and Rockland Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of the Generator & Ancillary Equipment, for both their Hudson River Office and Middletown Clinic. Locations below:
Hudson River: 10 Ross Circle, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601
Middletown: 23 Ashley Ave, Middletown, NY 10940
The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used and returned to submit your bid.
Mandatory site visits will be held for each location. See below
Hudson River: Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 1pET
Middletown: Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 1p ET
Questions from bidders attending the site visits are to be submitted by Thursday, July 17, 2025, by 3p ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to the NYS CR ad, by July 24, 2025.
Bids are due no later than 3p ET on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

Background
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a contractor for the preventive maintenance of generators and ancillary equipment at the Rockland Psychiatric Center. This specifically pertains to their Hudson River Office and Middletown Clinic. The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliable operation of critical power systems that support mental health services.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance services for generators and ancillary equipment at two locations:
- Hudson River Office located at 10 Ross Circle, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601
- Middletown Clinic at 23 Ashley Ave, Middletown, NY 10940.

Bidders must submit questions by July 17, 2025.
Period of Performance
The contract term is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030.

Services will be performed at two locations: Hudson River Office in Poughkeepsie, NY and Middletown Clinic in Middletown, NY.
