Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment - Middletown Campus

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Rockland Psychiatric Center Middletown Campus are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment, located at the Rockland Psychiatric Center Middletown Campus at 45 Ashley Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940.

The Program Work Plan with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 10:00am EST .

Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than December 10, 2024, at 3:00pm EST.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Wednesday, December 18, 2024, by 3:00pm EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by December 27, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm EST on January 8, 2025.
