Background
The Steuben County Purchasing Department is seeking bids for Portable Toilet Septic Tank Pumping services. The contract aims to ensure the efficient and timely pumping of septic tanks associated with portable toilets, aligning with the county's commitment to maintaining public health and sanitation standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, vehicles, equipment, and materials necessary for the delivery, setup, cleaning/service, supply, and removal of portable toilets and the pumping of septic/holding tanks.

The contractor's personnel and vehicles must comply with safety requirements set by various New York State Departments. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits. Services must be completed within 24 hours of notification for pumping requests.

The bid must include an 'In Toto Price Bid' per call rate for pumping services, covering all costs including delivery. Invoices will be based on quantities ordered and must include documentation signed by a Steuben County employee.

Period of Performance
The contract term is from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, with options for three one-year extensions upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at specified locations within Steuben County.
