Background

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of three years of continuous experience as a general contractor performing comparable work. They must also have three years of experience in coordinating and managing fire alarm systems.

The entity responsible for fire alarm system replacement must have completed or substantially completed at least two contracts similar to this work. Additionally, any entity performing Mechanical HVAC equipment replacement must possess all required licenses and certifications.
