The successful Offeror will be responsible for providing and installing upgrades to existing parking meters, integrating with current systems, and ensuring secure payment processing.
Work Details
The project involves upgrading approximately 130 Parkeon Meter Kiosks and 15 Cale Meter Kiosks. The upgrades should include:
- Installation of card readers that accept EMV and NFC payments.
- Transition from a 'pay-and-display' model to a 'pay-by-plate' model where users enter their license plate number.
- Integration with Gtechna's ticket issuance system in real-time.
- Provision of a payment processing system that remits funds to the City on a daily basis.
- Development of a dashboard for reporting and data visualization, including customizable reports on transactions by day, month-to-date, and year-to-date.
- Compliance with PCI security standards.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last for one year with options for four one-year renewals.
