Old Main ADA Bathroom Upgrades

Scope of Work:
The project involves ADA bathroom upgrades at Old Main, located at the State University of New York at Cortland. The work includes all necessary renovations and improvements to ensure the bathrooms are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Contract Requirements:

• Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Whitaker Hall, Room 219, 4 Pashley Drive, Cortland NY 13045.
• Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and location.
• The last day to submit questions for the final addendum is Monday, March 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

• Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires a deposit for these documents. A deposit check of $45.00, payable to Syracuse Blueprint, is required. Deposits under $50.00 are nonrefundable. Certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses are exempt from this deposit requirement.

Instructions on Submission:

• Submit sealed bids by the deadline to the specified location.
• Attend the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough, which will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Old Main Brown Auditorium, 1 Gerhart Dr, Cortland, NY 13045. The walkthrough will follow a brief informational meeting.
