The New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is issuing a Discretionary Procurement for qualified entities to provide audio and video equipment for two conference rooms at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC).

Work Details
The contractor will provide a complete solution that includes:
1. Equipment:

5. Removal of existing audio/video switching equipment and cameras.
6. Confirmation of data and video cabling integrity; rerouting or pulling new cabling as needed with a detailed wire pull schedule for review.
7. Replacement of existing cameras and switcher with upgraded versions per installation specifications.
8. Setup multiview monitor for all camera feeds.
9. Setup control station for system control.
10. Integration of switcher/streamer output to conferencing devices.
11. Installation services for all equipment ensuring a fully functional audio-visual system.
12. Testing and certification of complete system operation.
13. Provide 12 hours of training on system operation for staff.
14. Professional labeling of all AV cabling and equipment with an as-built drawing provided.
15. Construction cleanup upon completion.

Period of Performance
The contract term is one year following final acceptance of the installation.

Bidder Requirements
Eligible bidders must be NYS certified Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), or Small Business Enterprises (SBE). They must also be licensed to do business in New York State or commit to becoming licensed within 30 days post-award, have executed at least five similar projects, and comply with various supplier diversity goals including a 15% MBE goal, a 15% WBE goal, and a 6% SDVOB goal.
