The New York State Unified Court System, Office of Court Administration is soliciting sealed Bids to provide a Class A Dress Uniform Package for the NYS Court Officer Academy Trainees located in BROOKLYN, NY, as described in the RFB specifications. The Request for Bid Solicitation, including general and detailed specifications, will be available for downloading or printing at www.nycourts.gov./admin/bids under Current Solicitations and RFB OCA DFM 293 NYC on December 16, 2024.

Proposal responses must be submitted on or before the Bid Opening Date of January 21, 2025, at 3:00PM to the designated contact named in the II.BID RESPONSE, Packaging, Identifying and Delivering of Bids/Proposals paragraph of the specifications.

Background
The New York State Unified Court System, Office of Court Administration is seeking sealed bids to provide a Class A Dress Uniform Package for the NYS Court Officer Academy Trainees located in Brooklyn, NY.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that trainees are equipped with the necessary uniforms that meet specified standards and requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of a Class A Dress Uniform Package which consists of:
- Class A Blouse: Navy Blue, thumb tip length, four-button front with New York State brass buttons, permanent shoulder epaulets, two top pointed pocket flaps, two bottom scalloped flaps, side vents, and made from 55% Dacron polyester/45% wool or 100% wool.
- Class A Trouser: Navy Blue with black mohair braid on the outer seam, made from similar fabric as the blouse.
- Cap: Dark Navy police type eight-point winter uniform cap with black chin strap and brass buttons.
- Tie: Black polyester clip-on tie available in various lengths.
- Dress Gloves: White stretch nylon gloves with snap closure.
- Shoes: Black leather military oxford shoes compatible with Class A uniform.
The contractor will also be responsible for measurement, fitting, delivery of uniforms to the NYS Court Officer Academy, alterations, refitting, and redelivery as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from June 30, 2025 to October 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the NYS Court Officers Academy located at 541 St Johns Place, Brooklyn, NY.
