The New York State Unified Court System, Office of Court Administration is soliciting sealed Bids to provide a Class A Dress Uniform Package for the NYS Court Officer Academy Trainees located in CASTLETON-ON-HUDSON, NY, as described in the RFB specifications. The Request for Bid Solicitation, including general and detailed specifications, will be available for downloading or printing at www.nycourts.gov./admin/bids under Current Solicitations and RFB OCA DFM 292 ALBANY on WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 2, 2024.

Proposal responses must be submitted on or before the Bid Opening Date of THURSDAY OCTOBER 31, 2024, at 3:00PM to the designated contact named in the II.BID RESPONSE, Packaging, Identifying and Delivering of Bids/Proposals paragraph of the specifications.

Background
The New York State Unified Court System, Office of Court Administration (OCA) is seeking sealed bids for a Class A Dress Uniform Package intended for the NYS Court Officer Academy Trainees located in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY.
The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive uniform package that includes measurement, fitting, delivery, and necessary alterations.

Work Details
The Class A Dress Uniform Package will include the following items:
1. Class A Blouse: Navy Blue, thumb tip length, four-button front with New York State brass buttons, permanent shoulder epaulets, two top pointed pocket flaps, two bottom scalloped flaps with brass buttons, and regulation patches affixed to both shoulders. Fabric options include 55% Dacron polyester/45% wool or 100% wool.
2. Class A Trouser: Navy Blue with black mohair braid on the outer seam; fabric specifications are similar to the blouse.
3. Cap: Dark Navy police type eight-point cap with black chin strap and brass buttons.
4. Tie: Black polyester clip-on tie available in various lengths.
5. Dress Gloves: White stretch nylon gloves with raised stitching and snap closure.
6. Shoes: Black leather military oxford shoes compatible with the uniform.
All items must be new and properly labeled for size, style, fiber content, and care instructions.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from February 18, 2025, to June 10, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at the NYS Court Officers Academy located at 2500 Pond View, Castleton-On-Hudson, NY 12033.
