Description

BUDC is soliciting proposals from contractors for the energy portion of Phase 3 of the Northland Corridor Redevelopment Project. The scope of work for this project entails substation upgrades and the installation of a community solar array at 541 East Delavan Avenue that is both rooftop and ground-mounted. The equipment for the substation will be provided by the owner as specified in the design documents in Exhibit A and Exhibit B. As a part of the solar installation, BUDC is also soliciting proposals as an alternate for the operation and maintenance of the system and the management of subscribers for the community solar. The intent and purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit responses for the selection of a construction manager to provide general construction services for the work detailed in Exhibits A and B.

Background
The Buffalo Urban Development Corporation (BUDC) is a not-for-profit local development corporation in the City of Buffalo, focused on reclaiming distressed land and buildings for future development.
