North Ferry Terminal Improvements PIN 0761.79 Contract Number VOG-2024-1

Background
The Village of Greenport is seeking sealed bids for the North Ferry Terminal Improvements project. The project involves the reconstruction of the North Ferry Terminal site located south of Wiggins Street between 4th Street and 3rd Street. The project includes expansion of the existing ferry queue area, parking lot improvements, drainage and stormwater quality improvements, site lighting, and pedestrian/ADA improvements. It is a multimodal site improvement project and does not involve marine construction. The project is a Federal Aid Project and must adhere to NYSDOT Standard Specifications.

Work Details
The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary for the completion of the specified work. This encompasses reconstruction of the North Ferry Terminal site, expansion of ferry queue area, parking lot improvements, drainage and stormwater quality improvements, site lighting, and pedestrian/ADA improvements.

Period of Performance
The work will be substantially completed within 200 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and ready for final payment within 45 days thereafter.

Place of Performance
The work site is located in the Village on the property south of Wiggins Street between 4th Street and 3rd Street in Suffolk County, New York.
