Additionally, bidders are encouraged to provide trade-in values for an existing Illumina NovaSeq 6000 Sequencing System as part of the procurement process.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of five years from the effective date stated in the resultant agreement, with options for successive one-year renewal terms subject to mutual agreement.
