Background
The Gateway Development Commission is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. GDC-25-008-HTP for the New Jersey Surface Alignment as part of the Gateway Program, a multi-billion dollar initiative aimed at enhancing passenger railroad services on the Northeast Corridor between Newark Penn Station in Newark, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Station in New York, New York.
