Description

The Long Island State Veterans Home intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000.00, for miscellaneous interior wall protection. A sealed bid will not be held. Please submit pricing sheet to michael.giambalvo@lisvh.org.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August, 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offeror in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of the Home who are designated as the contact person(s) in the bid specifications. For this IFB, the contact person shall be: Michael Giambalvo, Purchasing Director, 631-444-8620, michael.giambalvo@lisvh.org.

Period of Performance
The contract is for a one-time purchase with delivery required within 45 business days following receipt of an approved purchase order.
