Middle Rd IRA - Driveway & Parking Lot Design

Background
The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to Design a Driveway & Parking Lot at their Middle Rd IRA located at 1678 Middle Rd, Rush, NY 14543. The agency has specified that the architect/engineer will be responsible for a mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area prior to bid submission.
The due date for bid submission is July 10, 2024, and the contract term is 30 days after completion of the project. Prevailing wage is not a requirement for this project.

Work Details
The contractor is required to meet all local and state building codes for structural, electrical, plumbing, or as applicable. The work site must be cleared of debris and broom swept at the end of each day. If subcontractors are used, they must be pre-approved by the Finger Lakes DDSO. The work must be guaranteed for at least one year, including parts, materials, and labor. Invoices are to be submitted no later than 30 days from the date on the invoice.
