Mid-State Correctional - Commissary Contract

Background
The Mid-State Correctional facility, operated by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS), is seeking bids for a Commissary Contract. The purpose of this contract is to provide commissary services to inmates, which includes the supply of food and other necessary items.
The agency aims to ensure that inmates have access to a variety of products while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of products and services including:
1. Food items as specified in the bid sheets;
2. Non-food items as required;
3. Delivery of products to the Mid-State Correctional facility located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy NY 13403;
4. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of goods in correctional facilities;
5. Maintenance of inventory levels as per the requirements set forth in the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for five years, commencing on August 1, 2025, and concluding on July 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Mid-State Correctional facility located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy NY 13403, Oneida County.

Bidder Requirements
