Scope of Work Requested:
Wm. J. Keller & Sons Construction Corp., as the Prime Contractor, is seeking pricing proposals from qualified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), WBE (Women Business Enterprise), DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), and SDVOB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business) subcontractors and suppliers for the Livingston Cottage Septic Improvements Project (Contract No. D006544) at Lake Taghkanic State Park, located in Columbia County, NY.

The work to be completed under this subcontracting opportunity includes, but is not limited to:

• Supplying materials and/or labor for septic system improvements at Livingston Cottage within Lake Taghkanic State Park.
• Providing services in accordance with project specifications and contract requirements as outlined by Wm. J. Keller & Sons Construction Corp.
