Maintenance of Leased Fire, Burglar, CCTV & Access Control - As Needed

Work Requested:
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking firm fixed pricing from a qualified firm to serve as the System Maintainer for the full leasing and ongoing maintenance of Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) security systems. The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Leasing of LIRR security systems
• Maintenance of life safety security systems
• Repairs of system equipment, components, and software
• Monitoring services
• Management of applicable licensing
• Providing update and upgrade services
• Support services as needed

These services will be performed at various LIRR station locations, covering systems installed between 2015 and 2025. All work will be conducted on an as-needed basis and must comply with the New York State Prevailing Wages Schedule PRC# 2026008825.
