Maintenance, Installation and Repair of Security Systems

Background
Nassau Community College, a unit of The State University of New York sponsored by Nassau County, is seeking a reliable and experienced contractor to provide maintenance, installation, and repair services for the College's security systems.
This contract aims to ensure the effective operation and safety of security components at the College.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance, installation, and repair services for various security systems at Nassau Community College.
This includes ensuring that all services are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work.
All work must adhere to OSHA standards and be subject to inspection by College representatives.
Additionally, the contractor must provide documentation for any equipment or supplies used in the performance of these services.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of five (5) years from the date of execution of the agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Nassau Community College located in Garden City, NY.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a Qualification Statement with their bid.
The contract is not set aside for any specific business classifications such as M/WBE or SDVOSB.
Bidders are required to comply with New York State Labor Law provisions, including payment of prevailing wage rates as published by the New York State Department of Labor.
