Background
The University at Buffalo is seeking to make a one-time purchase of a MadVac LN50 - Diesel vacuum under its discretionary authority as per NYS Education Law ยง355 (5) (a).

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one (1) MadVac LN50 - Diesel vacuum, which includes the following specifications and features:

- 48 inch vacuum head with hydraulic raise and lower functionality and dual vacuum port (K13089).
