Scope of Work Requested:
The project involves General Construction Work for the Oakley Street Housing Support Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. The work includes:

• Renovations to an existing 20,700 sf masonry structure
• Addition of a 1,350 sf elevator/stairwell
• Sitework and landscaping
• Concrete, masonry, structural steel, and miscellaneous steel
• Millwork and countertops
• Waterproofing, Trespa siding, fireproofing, and roofing
• Spray foam insulation and EIFS
• Doors, frames, hardware, aluminum windows, and aluminum storefront
• Overhead doors, louvers, and glazing
• Resilient flooring, self-leveling underlayment, and resinous flooring
• Painting and signage
• Toilet and bath accessories, lockers, fire extinguishers, and storage shelving
• Dock bumpers, appliances, and food service equipment
• Office and institutional furniture
• Window treatments and entrance mats
• Elevator installation
• Full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and equipment
