Background

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will require delivery of all items within 15 days after receipt of order unless otherwise specified.

Delivery will be made to various locations within Nassau County, New York, specifically to the District Attorney’s Office at 262 Old Country Road, Mineola, NY 11501.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all local laws regarding minority and women-owned business enterprises (M/WBE) participation as outlined in Local Law No. 14-2002. They are encouraged to utilize certified M/WBEs in their proposals. Additionally, bidders must provide a duly completed Business History Form and other required disclosure forms through the Nassau County Vendor Portal prior to bid submission.
