Description

The NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets intends to procure Landscaping Services pursuant to its discretionary authority under State Finance Law Section 163 (6). Background
The NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets is seeking to procure landscaping services at the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY.
