This project is for the demolition and reconstruction of the kiddie pool at Mine Kill State Park in North Blenheim, NY, and includes the demolition and reconstruction of the pool, pool deck, perimeter fence, and selective work inside the pool equipment building, and all other related work include shown in the Contract Documents. Refer to the contract Plans and Project Manual for all associated work. All Primes shall be aware that the SEQR review identified that The pool is closes on September 9, 2024, and reopens on June 28, 2025. All construction work shall be performed between those dates with a substantial completion date of June 6, 2025. All Contractors for this Project shall physically complete the Work in 350 days.
