- FMX-20 Dispenser; Push-Style Foam Soap Dispenser compatible with 2000mL refills; 5260-6
- Bleach Austine 6.0%
- Bleach Clorox Germicidal (121 fl oz, 3 count/CS)
- Powdered Chlorinated Cleanser (24/CS)
- Disinfecting Wipes (75-90 Wipes per Canister, 6 count/PK)
- Nitrile Gloves (Powder Free/4 MIL Black).

The quantities are approximate and may vary based on actual needs during the contract period. The successful bidder must ensure that all products meet specified standards and are delivered promptly to designated locations within the city.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will be for one year from the date of award, with four additional one-year renewal options available if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various City Hall locations and potentially other city-owned buildings within Buffalo, New York.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including: submission of a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total bid amount if over $250,000; a commitment to work towards a minority workforce goal of 25% and a woman workforce goal of 5%; and adherence to regulations prohibiting discrimination in employment based on race, creed, color or national origin.

Bidders must also provide a statement indicating compliance with Energy Star product requirements where applicable.
