The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking the services of an IT Ivanti Connect Secure Consultant (ICS) / Security Analyst Level III for a three (3) months term. As such, CUNY has not established subcontracting goals for this procurement. NYS-certified MWBEs and SDVOBs are strongly encouraged to respond back to this solicitation.

Responses from vendors who do not meet the certification criteria indicated above will not be evaluated.

Background
The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking the services of an IT Ivanti Connect Secure Consultant (ICS) / Security Analyst – Level III for a three-month term. This procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified under Articles 15-A (MWBE) and/or 17-B (SDVOB) of the New York State Executive Law, emphasizing CUNY's commitment to inclusivity in its contracting processes.

Work Details
CUNY requires a Senior Network Security Engineer consultant to assist with configuration, evaluating existing configurations, and migration of authentication services, user realms, and profiles from an old appliance to a new appliance. The project includes implementing multiple domain authentication and validating configurations against a new domain authentication structure. Responsibilities include:

1. Assessment: Inventory user realms and assess compatibility with new systems.

2. Planning: Develop migration plans and prepare ISA devices for new configurations.

3. Migration Execution: Extract and adapt data for compatibility with new systems.

4. Validation and Testing: Conduct functional testing of authentication workflows.

5. Documentation: Document all procedures and provide knowledge transfer to CUNY staff.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three months, starting upon purchase order issuance, anticipated on or before May 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted remotely for 80% of the time, with 20% on-site at CUNY's office located at 395 Hudson Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10014.

Bidder Requirements
