Work Details

- Approval workflows for uniform/equipment requests to prevent over-ordering.
- Integration with NYSP Active Directory for user logins.
- Ability to upload existing tracking applications such as Excel spreadsheets and Access databases.
- Creation of individual profiles for members with detailed data fields.
- Real-time tracking of inventory using barcodes.
- Reporting capabilities including historical transactions, item details, and alerts for stock levels.
- Fleet management functionalities including maintenance records and work order submissions.
- Firearm tracking capabilities including assignment/deployment records and maintenance logs.

Period of Performance
