Background
The Buffalo City School District (BCSD) Office of School Leadership is seeking a partner organization to enhance the instructional leadership capabilities of principals and school leadership teams. The goal is to improve student achievement by increasing the time principals devote to instructional leadership and providing them with research-based strategies and coaching.
Work Details
The selected partner organization will be responsible for:

Respondents must demonstrate organizational capacity to support at least 30 principals and their teams. They must provide evidence of improved student outcomes from previous work in similar urban districts. Insurance is required; subcontractors may not be used.
