Background
The New York State Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure Infor CareFor Managed Services. Work Details
The selected Bidder will provide CareFor Services, which include:
1. **Consumable Hours**: 240 hours per year, divided into four quarterly allotments of 60 hours each, for addressing OSC-reported issues and requests.
2. **Business Application Support**: Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, answering questions about application configuration, assisting with Infor Support ticket responses, and clarifying application update content.
3. **Extension Lifecycle Management**: Support for existing extensions including troubleshooting, remediation of issues caused by extensions, and reverting to standard features when necessary.
4. **Solution Enhancement**: Development and documentation of new extensions as per OSC’s requirements using Infor extensibility tools.
5. **Release Impact Management**: Evaluating planned updates and performing regression testing on OSC implementations.
6. **Application Administration**: Maintenance tasks including reporting application failures and performing administrative tasks for cloud application updates.
Period of Performance
The agreement will commence on June 28, 2026, and continue for one year, with an option for OSC to extend the term for an additional year.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed remotely unless otherwise agreed upon; all communication will be conducted in English.
Bidder Requirements
To be eligible for contract award, Bidders must be either the developer of the Software or an authorized reseller of CareFor Services. Additionally, Bidders must comply with New York State procurement integrity procedures and provide proof of insurance coverage as required by New York State Workers’ Compensation Law.
