This Invitation for Bid ( IFB ) solicits offers from qualified vendors, of which one will be selected to provide nine infant warmers to SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University's (SUNY-DHSU) University Hospital at Downstate (UHD). The selected vendor will provide UHD nine infant warmers, and other related accessories, that fully comply with all technical specifications and performance requirements outlined in Exhibit B Mandatory Requirements and Detailed Specifications.

Background
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (SUNY-DHSU) to solicit offers from qualified vendors for the provision of nine infant warmers to the University Hospital at Downstate (UHD).
The goal of this contract is to ensure that UHD receives infant warmers and related accessories that meet all specified technical and performance requirements.
Work Details
The selected vendor will provide nine infant warmers along with the following accessories:
- Handle
- Drawer
- Suction Bottle Holder
- Tray Set
- Swivel Cylinder Rack
- Height Adjustment Trolley
- Scale
- Resuscitation Unit
- SpO2 Unit
- Oxygen and Air Hose
- X-Ray Tray
- Examination Light
- Resuscitation Circuits (36 Single-Use)
- Temperature Probes (36 Single-Use)
- Neo Shield (36 Single-Use)
Additionally, the vendor will provide installation services for the warmers, White Glove Delivery Service, 80 hours of Clinical In-Service Training covering both day and night shifts for general and advanced users, three technical training classes for biomedical engineering staff, and a two-year warranty on all components including batteries, parts, and labor.
Period of Performance
The contract term is set for 2 years from the date of award.
