DESCRIPTION:

Window replacement. This project involves the replacement of existing windows with new double hung vinyl windows.

  1. Silver Series windows or equal to
  2. Eight windows to be replaced at Hunter total, getting wrapped in aluminum to match existing color
  3. Measurements to be taken on site
  4. Window frames to be white vinyl
  5. Spec sheets included.

The work shall be done in accordance with NYS codes and regulations. Lead certification is necessary for this project.

A site visit is mandatory. The site visit date is scheduled for Thursday, May 15th, 2025, at approx. 11 a.m. at the project site. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.

Background
The contract is issued by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) for the Hunter IRA facility located at 107 Hunter Lane, East Syracuse, NY.

Work Details
