Hunter College Uninterruptable Power Supply System, Main Campus Data Center

Background
The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) is acting on behalf of the City University of New York (CUNY) Office of Facilities, Planning and Construction Management (FPCM) to seek proposals for the Uninterruptable Power Supply System at Hunter College.

The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable power supply through system design, hardware, software, installation, implementation services, health monitoring, and maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following:
- System design
- Hardware provision
- Software provision
- Installation services
- Implementation services
- Health monitoring of the Uninterruptable Power Supply System
- Ongoing system maintenance.

This project is categorized as a best value-based RFP, meaning that the contract will be awarded based on a combination of technical criteria and pricing.

Period of Performance
The contract term is five years.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Hunter College of the City University of New York, located at 904 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10065.

The project may also involve locations in Queens, Richmond, Bronx, Kings, and New York counties.

Bidder Requirements
