Background
The New York State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH) is announcing the availability of funds for the establishment of new Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) teams in counties across New York State that currently lack HBCI services.

The initiative aims to expand access to crisis intervention and support services for children, youth in crisis, and their families. Currently, HBCI is operational in 54 out of 62 counties in New York. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to fill the gap in the remaining 7 counties, reflecting OMH's commitment to enhancing mental health support.

Work Details
