Scope of Work:
Cold Spring Construction Co. is seeking subcontractors for the Highway Rehabilitation of NY Routes 78 & 31, located in the City and Town of Lockport, Niagara County. The work will involve various rehabilitation activities as specified in the project plans and specifications. The contract is scheduled for completion by July 31, 2027.
