Description

The State University of New York at Stony Brook intends to make this
purchase under its discretionary authority, pursuant to State Finance Law 163(6) and NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a) which is up to $125,000.00 for the above-referenced
product/s. Interested parties should contact the Procurement Department
as indicated below to discuss the opportunity. A sealed bid will not be
held. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the State University of
New York at Stony Brook (hereinafter referred to as SUNY) to solicit bids
for Hexagon/INFOR EAM Maintenance, Support & Hosting for FY 24/25, for SUNY, NY 11794 services, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook IFB 24/25-056MC.

Background
The State University of New York at Stony Brook (SUNY) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure maintenance, support, and hosting services for the Hexagon/INFOR EAM system for the fiscal year 2024/2025.
This procurement is made under the university's discretionary authority as per State Finance Law ยง163(6) and NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), with a budget of up to $125,000.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective operation and support of the EAM system, which is critical for SUNY's asset management and operational efficiency.

3. HxGN EAM Enterprise Edition Advanced Reporting Author (3 units, Monthly Fee, Part #EAM00325)
4. HxGN EAM Enterprise Edition Customer Service Request (30 units for 1,000 users, Lease Fee, Part #EAM00023)
5. HxGN EAM Enterprise Edition Barcoding (2 units, Monthly Fee, Part #EAM00491)
6. HxGN EAM Enterprise Edition Web Services Connector (259 units, Monthly Fee, Part #EAM00349)
7. HxGN EAM Enterprise Edition Storage (1 unit at 1.0 GB, Monthly Fee, Part #EAM00346)

All services are to be provided under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model with specific licensing arrangements including Named User licenses totaling 1,000 users.

The period of performance for this contract will be from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.
