Golf Cart Service Lease

Background
The City of Troy, New York is seeking proposals for leasing and servicing Yamaha Quiettech EFI gas-powered golf carts or equivalent models for the Frear Park Golf Course. This initiative aims to secure a multi-year lease for a fleet of golf carts to enhance the operations of the city-owned golf course from 2025 to 2029.

Work Details
The contract involves leasing seventy (70) gas-powered golf carts, which must be current model year and not older than 2025. The carts should include features such as:

- Sun tops
- Numbered decals
- Clothing baskets
- Mud flaps
- Bag well protectors
- Drink holders
- Number plates
- Spike guards
- Information and pencil holders
- Front and rear bumpers
- Windshields
- Golf club covers
- USB ports

Additionally, five (5) Yamaha UMAX utility vehicles or equivalent must be included with specific cargo bed dimensions and capacities. The vendor is responsible for providing all parts, service, scheduled maintenance, and labor required to maintain the fleet at no cost to the City. Repairs must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours excluding weekends and holidays. The vendor must also provide delivery, pick-up, and winter storage for all carts without charge to the City.

Period of Performance
The lease agreement will last for five (5) years starting in 2025 with an option to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Frear Park Golf Course located in Troy, New York.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors are required to provide general liability insurance coverage naming the City of Troy as an additional insured. They must also submit a proposed billing and payment schedule along with company qualifications and references. No service-disabled veteran-owned set-aside is specified.
