Glen Cove WWTP Concrete and Various Improvements Project

Work Requested:
The Nassau County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Design Services for the Glen Cove WWTP Concrete and Various Improvements Project. The selected Designer will be responsible for all duties outlined in the Scope of Services section of the RFP.

Background:
This Request for Proposals (RFP No. PW-S35114-50D) is part of Nassau County's ongoing efforts to improve the Glen Cove Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with concrete and various other improvements.

Contract Requirements:

• Proposals must address all requirements detailed in the complete RFP.
• The selected firm must provide proof of general and professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $2,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Instructions on Submission:

• Sealed Technical and Cost Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 P.M. on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the location specified in the RFP. Late proposals will not be accepted.
