MARK Project, Inc. is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide a geothermal test well for a proposed vertical closed-loop geothermal system associated with the renovation and additions of the Inn at Kirkside located at 53865 State Highway 30, Roxbury. NY 12474. The intent of the geothermal test well is to utilize the information provided from the test to accurately size and design a geothermal well field to support the HVAC loads of the proposed Project. Please refer to the enclosed Geothermal Test Well Procedure specification,

Site Plan, and Drawing M-301 are available for proposed test well location.

Background
MARK Project, Inc. is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide a geothermal test well for a proposed vertical closed-loop geothermal system associated with the renovation and additions of the Inn at Kirkside located at 53865 State Highway 30, Roxbury, NY 12474. The intent of the geothermal test well is to utilize the information provided from the test to accurately size and design a geothermal well field to support the HVAC loads of the proposed Project.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Providing a geothermal test well drilled to a depth of 495 feet with a minimum diameter of 6 inches.
- Conducting a detailed thermal conductivity test and providing a report on the findings.
- Preparing and submitting all necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local and state codes and regulations.
- Implementing site protection measures during drilling operations.

Deliverables include:
- Formation Thermal Conductivity Test and Data Analysis Report
- Maintaining a well log that includes drilling rates, equipment used, water quality analysis, and other geological observations.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for 2 months.

The work will be performed at 53865 State Highway 30, Roxbury, NY 12474.
